We know businesses sometimes miss filings or file outside Kintsugi before fully adopting the app. With this new capability, you can now create and organize filings for specific periods—whether you’re catching up on missed filings or aligning your compliance history.

If you’ve already filed outside Kintsugi, simply import those filings and mark them as “Filed.” Kintsugi will organize these records alongside your existing filings, ensuring everything is in one place, clean and ready for audits or reporting.
