Steve, another Anrok client, had trouble with the interface. He also found the way the tool managed sales tax data confusing. “The transactions dashboard can be very non-performant and times out. Sales tax shows up as an invoice line item which gets messy for account and discount orchestration,“ he wrote.

Meanwhile, Deanna G was not satisfied with Anrok’s integration with QuickBooks, saying that “the tax rate that Anrok set up and uses in QBO is a little bit glitchy.“ She also noticed that when they create invoices, it does not default to the Anrok tax rate, and when she saved the invoice, it changed between the QBO tax rate and the Anrok tax rate.
