Kintsugi Portfolio is now generally available to all Kintsugi partners. It's a single dashboard for partners who handle sales tax for many businesses at once: you can see every client organization, act on their behalf, and decide which of your team members works on which client.
Why we built it
Managing sales tax for many clients used to mean working through each client's organization one at a time. Portfolio combines the power of Kintsugi Intelligence with tools for managing client organizations, acting on their behalf and assigning team members, all in one place, whether you manage ten or 10,000.
What's in it
One list of clients. See which Kintsugi plan each client is on and open their registrations and filings. Switch between client organizations with a click instead of signing in again.
Act for your clients. Manage a client's compliance workflow or file on their behalf. Where the same action applies to many clients, you can do it in bulk instead of repeating it one at a time.
Onboarding and offboarding. Create a Kintsugi organization for a new client from the dashboard. When a client leaves, archive their organization. Archived data is securely deleted within 60 days of the request.
Your team. Invite colleagues, then assign them to the clients they cover so it's clear who owns what.
Priority support. Partners using Portfolio get faster, dedicated support for issues that affect client work.
How to get it
Contact support and we'll turn Portfolio on for your account. Once it's active you'll have your partner dashboard, with every client under it. If you aren't a Kintsugi partner yet, contact us to join.
